Troubleshoot Your Internet Connection
- Check your power connections
- Check all cables going from cable box to your television
- Is your TV on the correct channel or input setting?
- Change the batteries in your remote. Is there a clear path between your remote and the IR receiver on your TV or cable box?
- Reset the cable box by turning off and then unplugging the box for at least 10 seconds.
- Trouble with volumn. Ensure both the television and cable box volumn controls are set properly.
- Reboot your computer
- Reboot your wireless router
- Check your computer for viruses
- Check all cables on your computer and router.
