Rental Facilities

The Wheeler Event Center (Wheeler Street) may be reserved by calling the City of Sallisaw at (918) 775-6241 or by emailing us at cityofsallisaw@sallisawok.org.

Once reserved, you may pick up the keys the day of your event at the Sallisaw Chamber of Commerce.  If your event is on a weekend or holiday, you may pick up your keys the day before.  After the event, you are requested to placed the keys in the drop box located at the back door of the Chamber of Commerce office.  The Sallisaw Chamber of Commerce may be reached at (918) 775-2558.

Presentations:  The main room has connections to two large screen televisions.  A laptop may be connected at the podium to present photos or other types of presentations.  Your presentation will show on both televisions at the same time. 

Kitchen and Ice Machine:  A kitchen with a refrigerator and ice machine is available in the facility.  We ask that care be taken in its use and that everything is cleaned after your event.

Cleaning:  After each event we ask that you clean all tables and chairs and the kitchen area (if used).  Trash should be taken to outside dumpsters provided.   If the facility is not cleaned afterwards, you may be charged a cleaning fee.
